Perfect week in this beautifully updated home!!
This is the perfect house to spend a week (or more) on LBI! The owners, Rick and Tannia, have thoughtfully restored this lovely home, keeping all the original charm while updating everything necessary to function as a brand-new house. The open-concept first floor is beautifully furnished and provided plenty of living space for our family. The gorgeous new kitchen blends seemlessly with the rest of the downstairs and is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need.
The beautiful porches were favorite spots for morning coffee and meals. There was always a breeze, as the house is just steps from the beach!
Rick and Tannia were gracious hosts. They showed us through the home making sure we had everything we needed. They were always available if we had any questions--they even helped us coordinate our dinner plans for the evening we arrived.

The PERFECT NJ shore Beach experience.
This house is an LBI beach dream. The inside is newly remodeled with all the details thought out. I spent all my time on the outdoor porch where the summer breeze is lovely while on a hammock reading or just people watching, best views of the beach. Took bike rides daily with my teenagers all over Beach Haven and over to Fantasy Island area. The beach is perfect all day- sunrise to sunset, literally across the street. I would leave my beach chair and towels on the beach and come back and forth all day. The house has an outdoor shower to get all the summer beach sand off. Can’t wait for the warm weather to go back! Wonderful restaurants a walk away and ice cream shops.
